The Frimousse GPS tracker easily attaches to your pet's collar. It connects to the Frimousse app (available on iOS and Android) and sends your companion's real-time location directly to your smartphone.

 

 

What animals is it suitable for?

 

Our tracker is designed for dogs and cats. It is lightweight and discreet, suitable for medium to large animals. For very small animals, we recommend checking the product dimensions before ordering.

 

 

What is the range of the tracker?

 

The tracker operates via the mobile network (4G/LTE), which means there is no range limit — as long as your pet is in an area covered by the network, you can locate them, even several kilometers away.

 

 

Is a subscription required to use the app?

 

Yes, using the mobile network requires a monthly subscription. The details and prices of the subscription are specified at the time of tracker activation.

 

 

What is the battery life?

 

Depending on usage and location frequency, the battery lasts between 2 and 7 days. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours via the supplied cable.

 

 

Is the tracker water-resistant?

 

Yes, the tracker is splash and rain resistant. However, it is not designed for prolonged immersion.

 

 

How do I receive my order?

 

All orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number upon shipment.

 

 

Can I return an item?
