Vibrate mode: The tracker stays in low-power sleep by default. When its built-in accelerometer detects sustained dog movement (like walking or running), it automatically wakes up and reports location at a higher frequency (minimum reporting interval: 5 seconds). After 3 minutes of inactivity, it switches back to sleep. This mode balances power efficiency and responsiveness, with a theoretical runtime of about 270 hours.
Deeply sleep mode: The locator works for 3 minutes then sleeps for 2 hours — the most power-saving mode. Theoretically, it can run for about 1 month.
